Odin hadn't gone to sleep. He was in the village, still corrupted, all night. He finally killed everyone with his shadow sword. He sat down and took a long breath. The glow in his eyes began to fade. His sword disappeared he fell to the ground from his light, hovering state. His eyes shut and his skin went colder then usual (wow that's hard), "Shatter, help... Me..." Odin choked laying on the ground. "Why, how, did this happen... To me?..." He let out a last breath and stopped breathing. The clouds rolled in closer to him now. The clouds were darker and bigger. There was no fog, but it began to rain. Odin might not come back out of the forest.

Puddle woke up and her eyes became misty. She fell back , her head tilted to the side , and her arm reached out for something she could not see. When she woke up she limped to the lake, and collapsed into the water. ~An Hour Later~ Shatter got up and saw she was wet. Shatter sighed and her tail swished over the water. She walked to the old village Berri used to talk about. Shatter saw a dark lump and her eyes widened. "ODIN!?" She yelled. Shatter ran up and crouched next to him , confused. "You can't die , I mean its not like you can..?" She said to herself.

Odin started breathing again. He slowly moved his arms oback to push himself up. He picked up his head and opened his eyes. He coughed, "Ow, what... What happened?" Odin managed to choke out. "Where am I?" He turned his head. Who? Is this? He saw a pink blur and a mess up sort of body figure? He fell over onto his side. "Ow!" His arm gave out. "Who are you?" He squinted his eyes. His voice sounded lower and scratchier then usual. He tried to look around, but everything was too blury.

Shatter giggled , grabbed his hand and pulled him up. "Welcome to earth!" She tackled him right after helping him up and pinned him on the ground. "Now who's stronger?" Shatter said challengingly.

"It's a little different when your practically blind!" Odin said a little annoyed but obviously challenging Shatter back. Odin's eye sight was getting better. He quickly sat up, shoving Shatter off of him and he pounced forward. He put his hands next to her shoulders, his one knee on her right leg and the other pushing her left leg closer to her right. His eyes flashed brightly. "I've always been stronger then you and we both know it. Your clearly more intelligent then me, though," He smiled.

Shatter looked at him and then her eyes glinted mischeviously. She blinked and covered his eyes with her hand kissed him on the lips. Shatter pulled away and giggled quietly. She took her hand away and hugged him for not trying to kill her. "Thank you" She said resting her head on his shoulder.

Odin sat up and moved over, flushing. His eyes looked around quickly like flies to find something else to say. He scratched the back of his head awkwardly and looked at the sky. "Um, we should probably go home now. I- It's getting kind of dark." the clouds were clearing. Few few that were there were pink-ish. While he was looking up and jumped and stood up blushing even more. Oh, I hope she doesn't bring up that that one looks like a heart...Odin walked back over to Shatter and put his hand out ot help her up. He was trying to be nice, but he just couldn't get his thoughts back together. All he could think of is the kiss. Maybe I should say something? What did I do just now?! I could've, GAH! My head hurts. I can't wait for bed... Was she wearing lipsmacker stuff? It kind of tasted like... Aw, C'MON! What am I supposed to DOo~!!!

Shatter shook her head and brushed his hand away , while getting up. She looked at the clouds clearing when Puddle told her to run. Shatter nodded to herself and ran off blindly. Before she knew it Shatter was panting and stopped at a clearing in the forest.

Odin sharply turned his head after Shatter batted his hand away. "What the?" Odin darted after Shatter through the forest. "Wait! Stop!" Odin finally saw her in the clearing. His running slowed down. He stopped right behind her. "What was that?" Odin was still blushing from moments ago. Suprisingly, he wasn't angry! Just confused.

Shatter finally caught her breath and calmed down. "Nothing..Just that was kind of embarassing." She said shifting on her feet and Puddle thought if she could whack Shatter she would have already. She shook her head to clear it then turned around and had to look up at Odin.(Should I have made Shatter taller? .3.) She shrugged for no reason and shifted on her feet again

(Nah, she's fine.) "Ugh, yea... Um, I think. Uh, I'm gonna go to like, home, I guess." Odin started walking back to the orphanage. He muttered things to himself as he walked. He looked at the ground and up at the sky and just, around. Anything to get the past event off his mind. Did I REALLY just let that happen? Why? Odin kicked a rock and kept going. "What is WRONG with me?" Was was far enough away from Shatter she most likely wouldn't hear him, but wasn't close enough to the orphanage to have them hear him. At one point Odin just stopped. He was right about to leave to forest. He sat down and put his elbows on his knees and his head rested on the palms of his hands like in the beginning of the role play with Odin and Shatter on the steps in the middle of the night. He sighed. He didn't move or do anything. Just sat there.

Shatter just blinked and sat down with her tail swishing boredly. "Bluh.." She said frustratedly. Soon she fell over and slept. Shatter instantly woke up in cold sweat. What a weird dream....  She thought. She shook her head, and thought Courtney might now what the dream was. How long did I sleep for... She thought and saw the clock said 1:30 pm. "S-shit!" She cried out feeling something cold, then realizing her hand was icy and it had touched her thigh. She sighed happily and got dressed in a pale blue dress, to compliment her pale skin. Shatter got up and skipped out into the hall to find Courtney. She saw her blonde friend wearing a bright pink sundress. Shatter smiled and went up to her and they started a conversation on Shatter's dream.

Odin grumbled and walked out of his room at the end of the hall. God, er, Lord, actually yea, God, do I wish I was dead! I can just be alone. Away from the word. Maybe seclude myself in a dark cave. Or maybe just remove the birthmark and dye my hair brown and try to blend in... Nope, I'd much rather be DEATH ITSELF. Odin muttered a few other things to himself walking across the hall to the bathroom. He was NOT going to school. He had a headache. Not a cold or a virus, a headache. Odin's temper was as short as... Well, nothing. Odin's anger was easy to touch, making him an immediate outcast for his own good. He had no friends but the shadows he talked to, but they could not communicate back.

He hated having to walk everywhere. He was on one side of the orphanage, and the bathroom was on the other. The cafeteria was under his room, but first he had to go down a huge set of stairs! Odin's slow walk became a jog. His slow jog became a run. His run almost instantly became sprinting to the showers. He got into the empty room of stalls it was quiet, perfect. Odin shed his clothes then tossed them into a pile on the floor. No one was there to care, it was the guys' bathroom, not the girls'.

Odin took a really long shower, almost a half hour. He didn't care. He was just happy to be alone. He got out and dried off. He picked up his pile of dirty clothes. "Sh*t..." Odin finally remembered, he forgot clean clothes...The idiot he was. He didn't - or at least thinks he didn't - see anyone in the hall when he went to take a shower. He could just wear a towel and make a run for it, right? Yea. So That's what he did, barefoot and all. He popped his head out te door, and looked around. He was so odd to the real world he did not even see the two gossiping girls. It was time to make a break for it. BAM, he broke out running down the hall, his pale feet hitting the ground making a loud booming noise.

He crashed his hand to the doornob of his room. Locked. Odin struggled for a minute and finally got in. He jumped in and slammed the door behind him letting out a sigh as he relocked it. He smiled, very uncommon.

Shatter blinked and looked around. She looked back at the surprised Courtney and her best friend just shrugged. They resumed their chat on Shatter's dream and they ended up arguing. "WELL ATLEAST I STILL HAVE PARENTS THAT ONLY GAVE ME UP!" Courtney screamed at Shatter. Shatter's eyes teared up and she ran to her room, silently crying. Courtney's eyes filled with regret and realized her arm was stretched out to catch Shatter. Shatter had run into a room and locked the door. As she slid down the beautifully carved marble white mahogany wood she put her hands on her face and cried. She heard a knock and screamed, "GO AWAY COURTNEY!" Shatter felt her heart break again as she relived her parents' deathes.

~

Shatter happily giggled and ran up to her mother. She outstretched her arms and her mother picked her up. Shatter's father came out and hugged them both happily. "Daddy! Can I go inside and get a picture I made for you!" Shatter asked eagerly. Her father chuckled and nodded. As Shatter ran inside, the sounds outside became mute. After grabbing the picture she instantly scrambled to get back outside. Shatter's blood ran cold when she saw her two parents impaled upon two lamp posts. "Mama..? Dada?..." She whispered, tears spilling down her usually rosy cheeks, now white from fear. She saw her father looked towards her  and reached out a bloody hand. Shatter squeaked and saw her father's guts and blood stuck on the pole. Her mother's body lay impaled on the other lamp posts, head smashed open and guts falling out and blood staining the ground. "N-no....no...no....no..no...NO!" Shatter screamed and ran down the street screaming and crying. Before she knew it she blacked out in the middle of the street

~

Shatter kept crying as she remembered the horrifying memory. Who did this to me...  She thought miserably.

"Yelling won't help, kid. I know. I know your secret. And that makes this all the more worth while," The shadowy figure said. It resembled someone, something, she would later know very well. He grabbed Shatter's wrist and pulled her back. She pulled back trying to get away. Of course, this man was older, and stronger, and bigger. His hand easily held her back. A sudden pain shot through his body and he let go of the little girl. She ran, ran away as far as she could. Finding herself at a large building. Many people were walking in and out, groups of five, sets of two, adults and children and teens.

     ~

"Ah! Sh*t! Whatthehellgetout!" Odin jumped back, still not wearing anything. His face turned a light sade of pink. He frantically looked around, his eyes darting left to right. He grabbed a pair of sweat pants he had randomly lying around. He put them on and pounced into his closet and popped his head out. His face still having traces blushing. His bangs hid his glowing purple, thin slices of purple light still shown through the spaces between. His heart was beating fast. "Who are you and why are you here?" Odin stammered. He stared, waiting for her answer. He listened to the crying and heavy breathing noises of the girl. He had passed her a million times, but never said a word to her, or anyone else. Odin's cold stare fixed on the girl as he slowly exited the closet. "Um, are you ok?" Odin asked carefully, stepping forward hesitantly. He never knew how to react to these things. His life was sheltered. He never knew what other people's voice sounded like when you knew they were aimed at you and they weren't orders or complaints. He cocked his head and knelt down. He acted as if he had never seen another person before. He brushed a clump of bangs out of the way of his cold, dead, soulless eyes. They still had a trace of caring to them though. But they looked like someone else. Someone who couldn't be trusted.

Shatter's lips quivered, her eyes red from crying. "S-sorry..." She stammered looking down and shifted and crawled over to the boy, she recognized him from her dream and felt a tiny bit of curiousity. As she crawled over she felt hesitant and bit her lower lip before looking up at him. Shatter wrapped her arms around his neck and put her forehead on his chest. Feeling nervousness burn on her skin.

Odin looked down at the girl. He didn't know how to react. He put his arms back around the girl, oddly. He tried to pull away a little, but he could feel te heat of awkwardness radiating off her. He pushed her off of him finally and picked her up and placed her on the bed. He felt someone connected to her. He didn't know why, but he did. He hugged her again, but a real hug. He had a sense of regret surge through him. He didn't knwo why at the moment, but he felt like it was his fault that she was crying. "I'm sorry..."

Shatter's eyes widen and then softened their gaze. She buried her face into the boy's neck and smiled. Her eyelids began to feel heavy, she yawned, her fangs or canines glittering slightly. Her eyes closed and she fell asleep before murmuring, "What did you do wrong?...."

"Nothing I can help..." Odin dreerily whispered. He heard a clicking from outside. It was still day time, so he couldn't imagine what is was. He looked down at the oddly shaped shadow on the ground. He couldn't think of what it would be telling him if he could read them like he heard his family could. Shadows was like a lost calling. A useless lie of a talent. He woke her up. "Hey, get up. I don't think girls are allowed in the boys' rooms. And I feel a little uncomfortable..." Odin shook the familiar girl a little. He picked her up and opened the door. Why didn't I lock my door before?! Odin put her down and stood her up. Courtney ran over to the girl with the pink hair, "Shatter are you ok?!" She yelled as Odin slammed his door shut and locked it. "Well that wasn't very nice..." Courtney, the popular girl who's best friend was a little different but still widely known, murmured.

Shatter yawned and clung to Courtney. Courtney shook her head and carried her back to her room.

~Timeskip (I wub these things~ X3) ~

Shatter woke up and smirked. She had a new attitude today, maybe she was turning into a narcissist? After all she thought she looked great and didn't have a crush on anyone. Shatter shrugged and grinned. After putting on short jean shorts she put on a off-the-shoulder white top, with only one sleeve on it. Of course she put on red converses and looked herself over. Shatter ran a hand over her own thigh, Gott...why do girls have to have fat thighs... She sighed than brushed her a little below shoulder length strawberry pink hair. Shatter ran a hand through her hair, messing it up a little. "I hate 'proper' hair." She muttered. Then Shatter happily grinned and opened her door, going down to breakfast. (Its Sunday X3) (I think Shatter would do better as a narcissist for some reason >-<)
